Private lesson prices in Chamonix
Every lesson is private and taught by me, for you alone or for your own group. Prices are per lesson, not per person, and they stay the same all season, school holidays included. You choose the duration.
I usually reply within 24 hours. You can check my availability before you write.
Lesson prices
Prices for 1 to 3 people:
2 hours - €230 · on-piste ski and snowboard
3 hours - €260 · on-piste ski and snowboard
Half day (4 hours) - €310 · on-piste or off-piste
Full day (7 hours) - €510 · on-piste or off-piste
Ski touring day - €510 · length agreed together
Off-piste costs the same as on-piste, on skis or on a snowboard, and a ski touring day costs the same as a full day. The shortest lesson is 2 hours.

Groups of 4 to 8 people
The price covers 1 to 3 people. From the 4th person, add €15 per person, up to 8 people in one lesson. This applies to every lesson, neighbouring resorts included.
1 to 3 people - no extra

7 people +€60
8 people +€75
For example, a full day for a family of five costs €510 + €30 = €540 in total.
Different ages can share a lesson when their levels are close. If they're far apart, I'll suggest separate lessons, so that everyone makes progress.
Booking for colleagues or a company event? Mention it in your request: I quote company groups separately.
I only teach private lessons. If you'd like to join a group class, ESF and Evolution 2 Chamonix run them.
Durations and dates
You choose the duration: 2 hours, 3 hours, a half day or a full day. Add the start time you'd like to your request; I'll confirm it or suggest another when I reply.
Over Christmas (19 December 2026 – 3 January 2027) and the February holidays (13 – 28 February 2027), I only teach full days. On those dates, roads and car parks are too busy to move between lessons in the middle of the day.
Several days
Over several days, I build a private programme around your goal, and each day is charged at the normal price of its lesson. There's no package or multi-day discount: three full days for 1 to 3 people, for example, come to 3 × €510 = €1,530.
Early December, January and April are quieter on the slopes, and I have more free days then.
Neighbouring resorts
For full days, I also teach in the resorts near Chamonix. Because of the travel, these are full days only, with the same group rule: the price covers 1 to 3 people, then €15 per extra person, up to 8.

The resort's lift pass is not included.
What's included
Included in the price:

Off-piste safety kit: avalanche transceiver, shovel and probe.

Pick-up from your accommodation in the Chamonix valley or Megève, and drop-off when the lesson ends at the end of the day. Just add your address to your request.
Not included:

Lift pass. I'll help you choose the right one: there's a beginner pass that's only sold at the ticket office.

How to book and pay

Send a lesson request. Tell me the lesson and duration, your dates, preferred start time, level, ages and number of people. The form asks for everything I need to reply in one message.

I reply myself, usually within 24 hours. Once your dates are confirmed, I send you a secure Stripe payment link for the full amount. There's no deposit.

You receive your confirmation by email, or by WhatsApp if you contacted me by phone. The evening before, I remind you where we meet: at your accommodation or at the gondola.

The form asks you to confirm you've read the cancellation terms.
